Long drawing load time?

I have a drawing of a single component part that takes about 47 minutes to load out of Work Manager. While loading, my CPU is pegged at nearly 100%. What would be causing this behavior?

How long does it take to load the same drawing from the filesystem? Is there a big difference in load time between loading it using "Load Drawing" and "Import 2D"?

Background: When loading a drawing via WorkManager, "Import 2D" is used. This command checks the type of the MI file and also applies transformation in some cases. Hence, loading behavior might differ from loading the file directly using "Load Drawing".

If there is no major difference between the two load modes, then the problem is somewhere in WorkManager or any customizations on top of WorkManager.
