The ability to break doc-part links already exists. It would be nice to add the ability to break doc-doc links. We recently had a corrupted doc (sd part) that could not be loaded. Therefore, no assemblies containing the defective doc would load. We had to go into the database and manually break the links to the assemblies to load the assemblies.
