Assert Error Message

I have a model that continues to return the message "Assert Error" despite cleaning it up a number of times. A full check on the part ("Maximal" on, etc.) says the part is good. Also deleted non-user defined features and deleted all inheritance data,But this label remains. Can't subsequently mesh the part in the Design Analysis module. Any suggestions?:confused:

there's this comment:

Assert error:
As from OneSpace Designer 8.00, only very few parts show this error. It is a known defect within the mesher. There is no workaround for this problem unless modifying the geometry is an option. Sometimes modeling inaccuracies can cause this problem. Also a STEP export + import is worthwhile trying.
