Since this question was also send to the ME10 mail list, I will document the replies here for the benefit of others.

The first response was:
I use a product called ME2ras from Orcon (Germany) that will convert an ME10 drawing to a WMF file. This works very nicely for placing a ME10 drawing in a Power Point presentation.

I also responded with:
I don't know how to do that, but you can print/plot to the clipboard which I believe contains a metafile representation of the drawing. Once in the clipboard, you can open the clipboard viewer and save a *.clp file. You can send this file to others, and they can double click the file to load it into their clipboard, then paste into their applications. Many applications contain a Paste Special button. If you use it, you will see the option "Picture (Enhanced Metafile)". Since this is usually the default, I assume that the standard Paste will use this format.
