install error

user failed to install OneSpace Client and/or Server with the following error~

Applet unable to to read: environment settings of computer

How can he fix this?

Hi rhankey,

I need to get some more information on this one:

- What version is trying to be installed?
- Does the person that is installing have administrator rights?
- Are they trying to install the Client or the Server?
- What operating system?

-Whatever the current version installed through Meeting Manager
-Unix wkstn owner
-Both Client & Server installation attempts failed
-Unix 11i

The user was able to install after waiting - the local MM server had a problem.
