We have been using shift-extend-O to create a diameter symbol in some descriptions in WorkManager. We were working only on HP-UX. We noticed that when we run WM on Windows the diameter symbol is now displayed as another garbage character. Now we are also exporting our data to our ERP system, whose server is Sun, and whose clients are Windows. After going through Sun to Windows our diameter symbol is now a capital R. To top things off we are moivng to Windows NT for our WM clients soon. Any ideas how to deal w/ the varying display font mappings? Even a partial solution may get us going in the right direction.
