Annotation: Improved lay-out of large assembly

I need to calculate lay-out of an assembly composed of a large number of part and sub-assembly. In Solid I can work very fast with this assembly, but when it's time of calculate lay-out three or four hours and more. Annotation must calculate this assembly in a few second.
