Put the old editor back in ME10

In the 9.0 windows version of ME10 a Notepad editor has replaced the "traditional" native editor. The old-style editor is much quicker and easier to use and could be utilized to do jobs other than merely editing text or files. The new "Notepad" solution is a step backwards.
