SD/AM: Phase out Me10 SolidDesigner/Annotation users who have legacy data to import (that's most of us) are still forced to use Me10 when working with these files due to several editing functions which are only available in Me10. Since the UI look and behavior is differnet between SD/AM and Me10, maintaining both is painful. Please provide enough functions in annotator to allow us to phase out me10 forever.
