ME10 is very good in modification of LINEAR elements. Improvments should be made to make it easier to modify arcs. It would also be an advantage to be able to STRETCH RADIALLY eg. SCALE with SELECT CIRCLE. At present, any attempt to stretch an arc moves its center, changes its radius etc. - very inconvienient.
