Does anyone know why I cannot get "MT" to work as a macro name? We wrote the following into an .me10rc file and input it and it comes back telling me "MT is not a valid macro name. DEFINE MT MOVE_DIMENSION TEXT_ONLY END_DEFINE me10rev7.x we have tried "EDIT_FILE" and we have tried "DEFINE MT" from the command line also any help will be appreciated thanks in advance Steve

MT is a CoCreate KEYWORD. Keywords cannot be defined as other things in macros. To find which keywords are in the system just run the keyword command in "Goodies" on file2 menu. Doing a "HELP" on MT shows it to be used in units. I think it's Meters but I'm not sure.

That's correct Mike. MT does mean meters. It is a little strange though, when setting system UNITS then the word METERS is used. It is only(?) when used in connection with dimensioning that MT is used. Confused? I am! Steve - don't worry just change the name of your macro to MMT or MTT or something. Darren
