Annotation can't handle clashing parts. It results in missing lines in the drawing etc. In mechanical engineering it is very common to have press-fits. The 3D-model needs to have this dimension to be manufactured correctly, so modifying these parts to make them not clashing is no solution. Also to have 2 different versions can't be managed properly. Who has a workaround/suggestions? Note that even screw threads have this clash-problem.
