Export dxf files

I've been exporting annotator files to .doff files to our vendors and our machine shop. A lot of radii does not get translated and is views are never clear. And if the drawing is scaled and not scaled back to 1/1 before exporting, the exported views are all out of whack. We are using dxfdwg 10.5 translator. Is anyone else having similar problems? If I import the dxf files into AutoCAD, they translate just fine. I should say that our machine shop imports the dxf files into Surfcam2000. Is anyone familiar with Surfcam? You may be running into a DXF version conflict. I have shops that really have problems with importing DXF files of the latest version into their CAM software. I am going to try to convince Annotation to use dxf.exe v9.00 instead of dxfdwg.exe v10.00. I believe the former writes AutoCAD 9 while the latter writes AutoCAD 14.
