"M" as prefix on threads ???

If I have (setf (docu::dimtype-default-setting-diameter-type docu::*default-dimtype-settings*) :ANSI) set as standard and I like to dim a thread with prefix "M" than I get both "M" and diameter sign! Howe do I solve this in a simple way??

One way is to switch to ISO as default standard, create the diameter dimension with a "M"-Prefix and afterwards apply the ANSI Style to this dimension.
