OSDD - INQ macro

When we use INQ macro commands (INQ_PART, INQ and etc) to select multiple similar entities, does OSDD sort them in sequence based on certain fixed criterias? Can we control the sequence? Or, are they just randomly organized? :confused:

This make huge difference in output order when we extract data (eg. INQ_NEXT_ELEM) one by one from the selected entities.

I have never been aware of a specific order in which the elements get selected.

And I don't think you can have a direct influence on such an order.

So you might have to order them by yourself according to your criteria before outputting them (by e.g. collecting them in a logical table)
