Is there a way to set the facet accuracy (new tolerance-refine by) of a part as a default for all my parts? Everytime I change to another part the facet accuracy information reverts back to '0'. Would like it to remain at the value I set previously.
Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Sorry, but exactly this is not possible.

However, there are two alternatives 1. one can select more than just one part or face in the part/face accuracy dialogs and set the accuracy for all of them together, and 2. one can change the default graphical resolution in the default section of the part settings dialog.

But let me stress the fact, that increasing the facet accuracy doesn't come for "free": 1. a refined model occupies more system memory (RAM) and 2. the redraw of a refined model takes longer. This is not a problem if you just work with small assemblies. However, if your assembly is part of a larger assembly the difference will become noticable if you load the complete assembly. So, please, use it with care.

See the documentation for more detailed help.

Hope, this helps
