We have a problem about the annotation of Solidesigner.
Because we need more message on our BOM,and it provide 5 parameters only.(Pos,Qty,Part no,Part name,Material)
Can we increace the parameters of it ? How to do that ?

Wait for your response.

Have a nice day.

You probably want to contact CoCreate Support directly, assuming you have a support contract, rather than try to to get a response from them through this forum, which is an independent User's Group. While some people at CoCreate do monitor this group, you are not guaranteed a response. You can always ask for help in this group, too.

Are you getting the BOM information from WM, DM or just by scanning in the assembly heirarchy in Modeling?

If you simply want to edit your BOM header and component you can edit the default files and save out as your own. See help files by selecting
Help-On Product
go down to the Annotation Concepts and Users Guide and select "Annotation Customization Page"
Then select BOM in the left menu.

You will need to save out your customized BOM header and Component.
Then you will need to register the header in your am_customize file.

Enjoy.

My intent isn't "BOM"

I want the sheet. Some fields can be automatic input

If It can define user variable .

I want put it in the sheet

(Sorry! My English is bad.)

To have text use a function and display the results, you want to use the reference-text. Reference text is a variable/function assigned to some specific text.

Help-On Product
go down to the Annotation Concepts and Users Guide and select "Annotation Customization Page"
Then select Text in the left menu.

There is an example of how to register the text reference.

Register really means to set the variable.

Then go on to assign the text reference to your text.

Is this more to what you want?

Another source for information of 'how to customize' BOM / titleblock texts, specially when working with DDM, is
