Multiple line GD&T

Is there a way to make multiple line GD&T symbols like the attached image shows?

Does anyone have any responce to this question?

Do you just have to make each row a seperate symbol and line them up or is there something simple I am missing?

I couldn't find any easy way to do it by either exploring the menus or searching the Help. Seems like a good candidate for an enhancement request, maybe something like a "Next Line" button in the GD&T menu that would allow you to add more lines.
