viewing in annotation

Does anyone else notice panning and zooming in annotation acts funny?? I'll pan around my drawing and when I click ctrl+left mouse button annotation will pan the screen off to a random starting point before I can begin panning the actual drawings??

This is a know graphics problem with the ATI Fire GL2 Graphic Card - Driver 5.12.2195.2178
US CoCreate Support is investigating the problem. Please contact them so they know the issue is not isolated issue.
