EXPLODE in W SolidDesigner Macro You can load the macro by typing (load "expl_in_w") An example assembly has been provided, you can load the assembly "cylinders.sda" then open the "toolbox" from the menu bar click on "Explode in W" to view the dialog box. The first entry will be "distance (D)" this is the distance multiple that will be applied to exploding the view. It will be the distance from the "W" workplane. The next series of steps will be to pick from the dialog box the multiple of distance (D) you want to move a part and then select the part. Continue this process until all parts you wish to move have been selected. Then press "OK" If you select the same part for different multiples of (D) they will be additive. Play with the example to see. After you have made the moves if they are not what you wish, simple select "UNDO" as you normally would a go backwards 1 step and everything will return to the original position. Trouble spot. For some reason this macro causes and error in SD 6.1 "You have specified an unexpected input value" if all the boxes in the Dialog are not filled in. The macro will still work but you must click the "OK" in the error box for each empty dialog box.
