The file C:/local/B1.SD failed to load. The file "" was not found. (Error 337)

Hi,

when we want to restore an older iteration of a model in Modelmanager, it's possible to go to DB Properties > Files, find the right iteration, export it (typically with the name B1.SD), and load it in Modeling.
However, with an assembly, it only works if all children are already in memory. If not, I get the message:
"The file C:/local/B1.SD failed to load. The file "" was not found. (Error 337)"
Is there any way of identifying e.g. the sysid or INFOS attribute of the missing models?? This would make things a lot easier...
Thanks,
Jaap

Hi Jaap,

I believe what you're looking for is the pb_pub.exe tool, which should be in the binx64 or binNT directory under your Modeling installation.

It's a command-line application, and you probably want to use a command line something like this:

pb_pub -S -i B1.SD > B1.txt

The output will be an XML style description of the structure, including which sysids are referenced, and which files are expected.

Good luck -- I hope this helps!

Thanks!

andy
