Positioning of view sets
I have changed my model due to changes in the structure,
The problem now is my front / top view is not correct anymore in annotation. Is there a possibility to position the viewset so my front / top view are correct again? |

Re: Positioning of view sets
I've struggled with this too, but haven't found a way to change the viewset direction. One thing I haven't tried yet is to move all the faces of the model to coincide with the viewset, then position the model as a whole back to fit in the assy.

Re: Positioning of view sets
There is a way of doing this, but it takes a little time.
1. Create a dummy assembly 2. Put the part/assembly into the dummy assembly. 3.Copy the view set from the part/assembly to the dummy assembly. 4. Move the part/assembly in the dummy assembly by selecting the part/assembly not the dummy assembly. (this moves the parts or the assembly but keeps the orientation of the view set where it is.) 5. Copy the view set from the dummy assembly to the part/assembly. This should take care of it. Tom
