You can save back one revision, so you'd have to have the 2010 to open and back save it.

Try the switch to remove graphics exceleration. If you're not sure of that, call support. If that fixes the problem, then it is the card/driver. If it still persists, then call support.

Yes it is. Version 14.x and later allow extended characters in the file name.

Using the advanced assembly module, you can put parametrics on the parts that will move gear 2 when movng gear 1.

The dashed and centerlines types should tranlate fine into mi format (controlled by the dxfdwg.con file).
They will not go into their own layers though, you'd have to write a macro to put them in...

If I'm understanding correctly, you can "grab" and "apply" style.
Go to Dimension > Style and there you'll find grab and apply.
Grab the style from one dimension and apply it to others.

Model Manager is exactly what you need. It manages your assemblies and models (hence the name ;) ).
