Sheet metal - cluster oblong

Can anybody enlighten me whether we can define the following sheet metal punch (refer to cluster_oblong.jpg) using OSD cluster oblong definition? I tried the following code and it ended out with the disappointing end result as in cluster_oblong_OSD.jpg.
