Annotation - allow to load and handle images (Done in CoCreate Modeling 2008)

Annotation should be able to load pixmaps (png, tiff, bmp, ...)
and place them on a sheet, inside the title block (logos) or to views and sketches.

They should be movable, scalable, get rotated, etc... and of course printable

I strongly agree with this thread, it would be nice if Annotation could accept pixmaps.

We had a meeting with CoCreate's virtual customer group and requested this about 4-5 months ago, we again made this request to our program manager just earlier this week. We use tiff images in Drafting all the time for our business needs, and need this same functionallity within Annotator as well.

Hopefully it will not fall into the cracks this time.
