In the past people have used the newgroups and mailing lists to post resumes and job openings. I think it might be a good idea to add a separate Jobs forum to the General Category. This would keep these posts out of the other forums and provide a benefit to the CoCreate user community. It would help people with CoCreate experience looking for jobs, and help managers looking to hire people with CoCreate experience.
I don't want to overdo the polls, but here is one more. I checked with Bob and David. None of us could think of a good reason not to do this, but if you can think of a reason please vote No and post your reasons here. Feel free to post any other thoughts on this topic as well.
