How to execute WorkManager commands from Java based applications

Hi Everyone,

I am interested to know are there any APIs available in WorkManager to enable java based programs to talk to it.
I have seen some XMLs in the installtion directory which contains details for starting TomCat webserver, but I could not find information on how to use these XMLs.

Can anybody help me please?
