Subscribed forum

If I subscribe in a forum what must happened? Can I receive email notification of all thread of that forum?

Unfortunately the answer is no. You are not the first person to ask this question, I think everyone (including me) expected that subscribing a forum would send you an Email everytime there is a new post to that forum. If you subscribe a thread you will be notified whenever there is a new post to that thread, but this doesn't work at the forum level. I believe this will be changed in vBulletin version 3. It is still in final testing, but once it is released we will hopefully upgrade and get this feature.
