Losing Detail While Panning and Zooming

I don't know if it is just me or my graphics card, but while I pan or zoom in annotation, all of the text, dimensions, and arcs dissapear. The only thing that it shows while panning or zooming are lines and circles. I find this very annoying and distracting. Is there a setting that can disaple this so that I see the entire drawing while panning or zooming?

Check out the "AM Redraw Settings". In Annotation, click View, Redraw Settings. In the Dialog that opens, the check boxes under "Dynamic Redraw" will affect what is drawn when you pan and zoom. Click the ? button at the bottom of the dialog for more info.
