How macro determine user interface?

In ME10, anybody has idea how to determine programatically whether user is using Classic, Mixed or Windows interface under Windows operating system? I think this is useful to tell macro whether to load Classic toolbox or Windows toolbar.

try: INQ_ENV 10

(INQ 6) = 1 ... old ui
(INQ 6) = 2 ... new ui
(INQ 6) = 3 ... mixed ui
