Problems selecting items by box?

Hi all!

I have a series of sketches on my drawing, and I want to delete some geometry from them.

I can chose the delete button and select individual items, but if I try and draw a 2D box around them I get the following error message:

Selection has failed. Please reselect. (Error 301)

Do I need to set the sketch active to work on it (sort of like in ME10 how you have to say Edit Part and choose the part you want to work on - this drawing is in fact pasted in from ME10). If so, how do I do this?

I have had similar problems. When I am unable to select entities by box, I have to set the current sheet avtive again. The current sheet seems to lose being active after each save.

Once I set the current sheet active, I can select by box.

How do you set the current sheet active?

I was able to fix the problem by shutting down SD/Annotation and restarting, but I'd like to know a shortcut to try.

2 ways

1.) type in the sheet number at the bottom right corner of the annotation window

2.) double click on the sheet number in the drawing browser.

I didn't realize that was what setting the active sheet was. :)

Just wanted to follow up:

Setting the active sheet "active" again works for me, too. If you can't select items by box, setting the active sheet "active" allows me to select by box again.

Looks like a bug to me.
