Line Colours on Drawings

Is there a Cad standard or recommendation for line colours on drawings?
Importing drawings from different systems there seems to be no consistency in line colours.
At our company we would like to standardise on drawing presentation but find some customers of ours require different line colours / layers etc. especially when providing them in dwg / dxf format.
Do any of your companies have a standard?

Our company does geometry lines white, text and dimensions in yellow, and edited in cyan. Tangent lines are invisible except in isometric views when they are yellow.
