Modify in Dimension annotation

In Annotation Module, make a dimension somewhere could be showed both Main Value and Second Value.
In general, one value of these is metric Unit, the other is American(British) Unit.
And one is above, and the other is below...

Is that anyway to make that one is in the front, and the other is in the back?

LIKE this ---> 10 / 25.4


I cannot find this function/option to change it.

or Make it so via LISP program?
