Running WM and Oracle on two separate servers

Is this kind of architecture possible? Does WM use library calls, OCI, net stack calls, or what? This would help answer the above question. Thanks. - Susan

Dear Susan, We CSI have just made a modifcation to OneSpace Manager to enable it to support WorkManager and Oracle running on different servers. CoCreate have agree to build this into the 11.6 release as a supported configuration option. This can be configured to use the TNS listener to communicate with the server.
