Need a macro for dwg to dgn

Hey folks I need a macro for converting multiple files from Acad to Microstation. I tried the creatdgn batch but it didn't seem to work.

Try this (make sure autocad is saved back to r12) this string will convert multiple files replace the portion (w:mstat) with the path to your microstation installation...and (p:
binning) with the path to your output...see below W:MSTATMSBATCH.BAT DWGOUT INPUT:P:
binning*.DGN OUTDWG:P:
binning CREATEDWG
