Microstation(.dgn) to ME10 (.mi)

Hello, I'd like to find some kind of translator and translate method from .dgn to .mi. Whether direct or indirect is not important, most important is quality of translated mi file. Please let me know any method. Thanks in advance.

We are using the IGES translators from Microstation and ME10. The qualitity is very good. All levels (ME10-layer) and Cells (ME10-part) will be translated. We are using in both directions.
