Is there a direct UG to SD and vice-versa translato avialable anywhere?

Wilson- I use STEP AP214 to translate back and forth between UG and SolidDesigner. It works great. I have had excellent results translating assemblies containing deep assembly structures and dozens of parts bidirectionally between UG and SD. The parts come out correctly positioned, with their correct nsmes and colors and assembly structure maintained. -Doug
