ME10 to DXF

Can anyone explain me the usage of the DXF.exe delivered with ME10 V.7.0? I want to convert simple ME10-files into AutoCad-Format under WIN95/NT. DXF file.mi doesn't bring _any_ output :-( Thanks for help!

default settings should work well except for the conversion of text width. I always put this to 0.75 This can be found in the file DXF.con

To make a .DWG file from a ME10 file using the DXF translator: 1) Store your file as an MI file (uncompressed). 2) start the DXF translator. 3) Press any key to get passed the startup window. 4) Type 7 [RETURN] (for mi to dwg). 5) Enter path and filename where file was stored then [RETURN]. (ie. c:me10filename.mi) 6) file will be translated to mi to dxf first, then dxf to dwg. FYI the dxf.con file has many variables you can set that will help you achieve proper scale, units of measure, and so on. You should have a manual on all of this, but if you need further assistance write me.
