I'm trying to setup SheetAdvisor for our shop. Were can i change the corner reliefs? The distance, not the tool. It seems to be the same distance as the bend radius. I want to have zero distance in the corners.

I also tried to obtain a zero distance - but failed! As far as I can make out, the corner reliefs are set by the tools in the `rnd_ & sqr_corner_relief` tables only, you cannot set the distance. You can set the default corner relief in the `sha-define-default-settings "your shopname"`table. The corner relief tool must be large enough to allow for any bend radii that converge at any one corner. Also if you do have a value of 0, the two converging faces will join to create a solid, therefore not allowing you to unfold the part properly. I leave a 0.001mm gap between adjoining faces of the same part to prevent this. To minimise the actual relief size, I normally cheat by moving the faces closer together after the default tool has done its job - this only works if square reliefs have been used.
