Is there a way to customize your solid designer window to have the default be tangent edge - NONE.

There are many ways to customize SolidDesigner. One of the more popular is to put whatever defaults you prefer into a file called "pesd_customize" and put that into your HOME directory or into the SolidDesigner installation directory. SolidDesigner will automatically pick the file up from there and execute any commands therein.
To turn off tangent calculation by default, add the following into your pesd_customize file:
(set_default_layout_tangent_calc :no) To turn off the display of tangent edges only, use this command:
(set_default_layout_tan_edges_mode :off) Please note that these commands may be unsupported, i.e. they can change in upcoming versions of SolidDesigner.
Hope this helps,
Claus
