Annotator plotting

I Am not able to set hidden line lengths in Annotation like I have them set in me10. me10 uses: PLOT_LINETYPE_LENGTH .1 .2 .375 .375 .375 .2 .1 PLOT_LINETYPE_LENGTH MIN_DIST_FACTOR ALL 0.2 Annotator ignores these lines on UNIX workstations.
